Card not working
If your card isn't working follow these steps to diagnose the issue.
Check these first
- Card balance — make sure your card has sufficient funds for the purchase
- Card status — confirm the card is Active and not Frozen or Closed in your dashboard
- Card details — ensure you're entering the correct card number, expiry, and CVV
- Billing address — some merchants require a billing address. Try entering any valid address.
Apple Pay or Google Pay issues
- Remove the card from your wallet and re-add it
- Make sure your phone's NFC is enabled
- Check the card balance is sufficient
Online payments
- Make sure you're entering the card details exactly as shown in the dashboard
- Some sites require 3D Secure verification — this may not be supported on all merchants
- Try a different browser or device
