Card not working

If your card isn't working follow these steps to diagnose the issue.

Check these first

  • Card balance — make sure your card has sufficient funds for the purchase
  • Card status — confirm the card is Active and not Frozen or Closed in your dashboard
  • Card details — ensure you're entering the correct card number, expiry, and CVV
  • Billing address — some merchants require a billing address. Try entering any valid address.

Apple Pay or Google Pay issues

  • Remove the card from your wallet and re-add it
  • Make sure your phone's NFC is enabled
  • Check the card balance is sufficient

Online payments

  • Make sure you're entering the card details exactly as shown in the dashboard
  • Some sites require 3D Secure verification — this may not be supported on all merchants
  • Try a different browser or device
