Managing your cards

View, top up, freeze, and manage all your Vanish cards from the dashboard.

Viewing card details

From the dashboard go to My Cards. Tap any card to expand it and tap Reveal to see the full card number, expiry date, and CVV. Card details auto-hide after 30 seconds for security.

Topping up a card

Select a card and tap Top Up. Choose an amount and crypto, send to the generated address, and your card balance updates as soon as the transaction confirms.

Freezing a card

Freezing a card prevents any new charges while keeping the card and its balance intact. To freeze go to the card in your dashboard and tap Freeze. Unfreeze at any time to resume spending.

Multiple cards

• You can issue as many cards as you need
• Each card has its own balance and transaction history
• Give each card a descriptive name — Netflix, Travel, Ads etc.
• Freeze individual cards without affecting others

Closing a card

To permanently close a card contact support on Telegram. Any remaining balance will be returned to your wallet.
